Meeting Room Rental Information

 

Our meeting room is available to rent for meetings, reunions, and showers.

We have a total of 60 black and burgundy chairs for the meeting room and multiple folding tables. 

The renter is responsible for set up and basic cleanup as we do not have a maintenance staff.   

Dates are contingent on staffing and availability.

Cost $50.00------During regular business hours, no food or drink.

Cost $75.00 ------During regular business hours, with food and drink.

Cost $100.00------ Outside of regular business hours and no food or drink.

Cost $125.00----- Outside of regular business hours with food and drink.

Please note:  the Cultural Center does not provide food or drink for rental functions -- those hosting the meeting, reunion or shower must provide their own 

refreshments.  

The Cultural Center is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
